Matthew Wegener has  been a fixture in the Lincoln Entrepreneurship scene since 2001 when his company, ISoft Data Systems opened their doors to  build a community with other early stage and start-up businesses.  Those early  experiments provided a first home to companies like Semcat, and Hudl, and  led to the creation of the Turbine Flats Project.   The Flats is an Idea Community, with now over 30,000 Square Feet of office / incubator space and is home to 40 companies and organizations.  The facility also features a 1,500 square foot homage to  Nikola Tesla, an art gallery, coffee shop,  training classroom, co-working facilities, and a gym.

ISoft has also launched its own start-up offspring, Presage Analytics, which provides data management and analysis tools for quality assurance and food safety programs within food production plants. Matthew has been active in his neighborhood organization, and is passionate about Lincoln's creative scene through support for music and the arts.
